My keynote is mainly about <strong>team building measures<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is about what companies can learn from sports organizations and events. Here I get to draw from my broad wealth of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content of The Stadium Principle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my presentation I will focus on the following points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strengthening the <strong>&#8220;we&#8221;-feeling<\/strong><\/li><li>Finding common <strong>visions and goals<\/strong><\/li><li>Celebrating <strong>Magic Moments<\/strong><\/li><li>Building <strong>Momentum<\/strong><\/li><li>Create <strong>Breakthroughs<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last point is something the CorpLife team and I literally did. We broke and cracked wooden boards. This is emblematic more than anything else, as this is about an inner transformation &#8211; an inner breakthrough that can be translated to <strong>breaking through a wooden
